Welcome to NextGuard. By accessing or using our platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.

Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using NextGuard services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use our services.

Description of Service

NextGuard is a SaaS vulnerability monitoring platform that helps organizations track, analyze, and manage software vulnerabilities across their projects. We provide automated scanning, alerting, reporting, and threat intelligence features depending on your subscription plan.

User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must provide accurate and complete information when creating your account and keep it up to date.

Payments & Billing

Paid subscriptions are billed through Paddle.com, our Merchant of Record. All payments, refunds, and billing inquiries are handled by Paddle in accordance with their terms. Prices are subject to change with prior notice. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled before the billing period ends.

Acceptable Use

You agree to use NextGuard only for lawful purposes. You may not: (a) attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems; (b) use the service to attack or harm third-party systems; (c) redistribute or resell our data without authorization; (d) exceed your plan's usage limits through automated means.

Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of NextGuard are owned by us and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Your subscription grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the service.

Data & Security

We take reasonable measures to protect your data. However, no method of electronic storage is 100% secure. You are responsible for the security of any credentials or API keys used with NextGuard. Vulnerability data sourced from public databases (NVD, CVE) is provided as-is.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may cancel your subscription at any time through the billing page. Upon termination, your access will continue until the end of your current billing period.

Limitation of Liability

NextGuard is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify registered users of significant changes via email. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
